Engineered to grip the road at all times, it creates a more dynamic drive and the famous Rolls-Royce 'magic carpet ride' for driver and passengers.The engine is a bored and stroked version of BMW's N74 6.0L twin-turbocharged (twin-scroll) V12, now displacing 6.6 litres, featuring BMW's VANOS variable valve timing, high-precision direct fuel injection, and valvetronic; and generates 563 bhp (420 kW) producing 780 newton metres (580 ft/lbf) torque,with ZF 8-speed automatic transmission.
The engine allows the Ghost to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph (97 km/h) in 4.7 seconds, and has an electronically limited top speed of 155 mph (249 km/h).The car is based on a heavily modified platform shared with BMW's latest 7-Series, F01 platformThe Ghost has a 129.7 inches (3,290 mm) wheelbase, roof height, bonnet height and track widths all of its own, and the Ghost uses Phantom-style air springs. The car also shares the FlexRay electronic system.The car weighs 5,445 pounds (2,470 kg) at the curbside.Like other current Rolls-Royce models, the Ghost uses parent company BMW's iDrive user interface; unlike the Phantom series, the Spirit of Ecstasy hood ornament along with more functions, are controlled using the system.
One 24 hour period constitutes a rental day. We offer a 30min grace period for returns, before late charges apply.
At the time of rental, you must have with you a Driver’s License, insurance card and a credit card which you reserved your rental with.
For those of you that would like to sit back and enjoy the sights, we can arrange a private driver at an additional cost. Please contact us for more information.
All UTE rental reservations are non-refundable, but if plans change, the rental fee will be considered a future store credit. The future store credit is valid for one (1) year from the original contract date.
Additional drivers are allowed, as long as they meet the same requirements as the primary renter. There is no charge for additional drivers.
We can deliver the vehicle anywhere in the Houston, Austin, Dallas, San Antonio area for your convenience. However there is a delivery charge.
We do allow our vehicles to be driven anywhere in the United States, however certain restrictions apply; please notify us if you plan on driving the vehicle outside Texas. Customers must have written authorization from Uptown Exotic Car Rental.
We offer airport pickup and drop-off service to the surrounding airports. However there is a drop-off and pickup fee.
For the pleasure of all future renters, we do not allow smoking in our vehicles. A cleaning charge may apply if this policy is violated.
